Adding Cards in DeckIt!

There are many ways to add cards with DeckIt!.

1. Push the Add button.
2. Double click the card.
3. Press <Ctrl-A>.
4. Press <RightArrow>.
5. Click the middle mouse button (on three button mouse.)
6. Drag & Drop
7. Select 'Add' from the right-click pop-up menu.
